ASO/ TPA

ASO (Administrative Services Only) or TPA (Third Party Administrator) is an arrangement in which an employer hires a third party to deliver administrative services to the employer such as claims processing, pay providers, and manage other functions related to the operation of health insurance; the employer bears the risk for claims.

Hospital Based/ Clinic Based

A comprehensive health care system that provides or ensures delivery of basic and supplementary health maintenance and treatment services including inpatient and ambulatory care, in a defined geographic region to a voluntarily enrolled group of persons (Corporate or Small Group), individual or family.
